Noticed this situation. Here is an example. And so almost always.

During sleep, I know I was dreaming, but when you begin to awaken 90% sleeping not remember only passages noticed a thing like the brain is especially suppressed dreams by themselves. For example, when I'm half asleep, often began to notice the pulses in my temples when I think about the dream - impulses there, and as soon as you start to remember the dream and clearly and precisely and when you remember the picture of the sleep you receive this type of click easy in the temporal part and the picture of the dream becomes quite blurred, but when fully able bodrstvovaniya find these pictures quite forgotten, and once again, these Impuls occur only when I start explicitly trying to remember a dream. A total of 90% of the dream dissolves, leaving only the most impressionable images, and then after a few days they disappear, trying to remember and does not work.

Still I tried to sleep but can't sleep, ie that the body slept and the consciousness was never turned out at all, trying to think about her, but after 20 - 40 minutes, I can't control the thoughts, the brain itself begins to think about her just about anything, and at this time I start to fall asleep, sometimes appear fuzzy pictures and it's not uncontrollable, of course I did not abruptly Wake up - no problem, but in the end the same thing again when I start to fall asleep again, and fully absolutely not much about, well, just Wake up in the morning and what was night so all the dark wood and what is described above. Notice that when the head is not filled with problems, work, etc., i.e. when not in a hurry and do not need anything, but if, for example, have to get up and run somewhere or get a phone call, the intercom in the morning do not remember not sleep, neither fell asleep, nor woke up

MORE

I have a question... Damn how can I explain it... there was nothing to do and went to bed as usual, usually go 2-3 nights, and then decided to sleep at 19.00 and today it happened again

Sometimes in a lucid dream I have starts left or right (?) as the temple would throb and a headache with each pulse and a strong buzz in the ears, and maybe not in the ears, but buzzing. Here, for example, lying in bed as usual with my eyes closed and thinking about something, I don't remember at what point this started the hum and the pain, I don't understand what's going on and trying to open my eyes but can't, try to move not and only at this point realize I'm in a dream. The pain is terrible, you know like a pulsing heart and gives to the temple and something buzzes in such cases, I start trying to Wake up usually just to make some action (to move the arm, leg) or just something to tell you (today said "fucking bitch") and I Wake up and the pain and the noise immediately goes away. In the temples were almost imperceptible humming and discomfort that passed after 5 minutes.

I don't remember exactly, but it was like 2 more times, I can not say exactly, because I forgot, but it certainly was several times

And yet today it happened again. I usually don't notice how I fall asleep, but today clearly decided that fucking bitch will not pass out, well, not quite passed out, remember dreamed myself dreamed odd there, and again that terrible rumble began, much head razbolelas, throbbing and pulsing, buzzing, buzzing as PPC, brings jaw, teeth hurt, like their squeezes... Began to suffer... but could not long withstand... Want to ochotica... can't... move my hand - can't scream - can't... eyes are open everyone can see your room though the eyes move is not possible, just stupidly in one spot staring and all... and can do nothing... after several attempts I managed to Wake up... and everything vanished, as if anything and was not...

What is it? I have everything in the head? Interested in the opinion of most experienced person in this business... As far as I know, it is Vladimir.

Repeat until afraid of this experiment...<

1. Learn how to log in to the OS.
2. To gain a foothold there. Common technique is rotation.
3. To do something planned.

Lucid dreaming as I know, real awareness has nothing to do. In the dream, can not think, evaluate or plan. The only way to plan ahead. OS is more a perception and spontaneity, immediacy. It is useless to try to think about her, you need to switch to perception. This is the state when you see and feel, but do not understand or appreciate. Very similar thing on reflex. Grabbed something hot and immediately left, not thinking it is hot, Holodnoe, and how many degrees, etc.

Similarly started falling, shaking, rumbling. No need to try to understand them, they need to "fall". Imagine the feeling, for example "slip" out of bed and stand on the floor in the dream. Or "fall" through the floor and then fly into the darkness. Out of the darkness will make already in some sort of dream.

Normal sleep paralysis. If it was not you never know where you could go in reality, seeing something in a dream. Or there leg pulled and the tree fell into the jaws of the tiger. If we came from monkeys. From this paralysis to a Wasp just one step. Distracted from what I see and trying to "stand up", imagine how "moving" imaginary arm or leg. Might even get that "get up" an imaginary body in this room you see. Dreams can be VERY realistic.<

Perhaps the answer lies in Your personal trance stories... have You ever had a head injury with loss of consciousness or(and) surgery under General anesthesia?

There were no transactions, injury with loss of consciousness too. Of strange thing was, one time I was sleepwalking (age 13), and absolutely don't remember, then the nurse said that like I have a high vnutricerepnae pressure, I quit Smoking, so drink any alcoholic beverages, too.

Here is an example today was not yesterday, this crap happens like 1-2 times per month. I think I may just not notice the rest.
