The idea is extremely simple and stripped in Russia. In 80-e years at ENEA was the pavilion, where everyone was tested for psychic abilities. The computer, unfortunately, pseudo RNG works, although it seems very successful experiments at ENEA, have to work - that is controlled by the brain... But the fact that this device works "on the verge of a foul" - the RNG changes the color, but whether You feel something is not known...

Simple generator RNG is a field-effect transistor (by the way, a similar methodology based technique Foll), so go ahead, Kulibin...
