I was fascinated by the idea of lucid dreaming is still in third year College when I had to work at night and in the morning to take all there coursework, and Stanovlenie body was only a couple hours of sleep before going to couples.

The feeling so familiar, as if this the thing you have ever seen. However, on closer examination - or Wake up or "fall asleep" - to understand the operation of the device is almost impossible.

Can at someone such already was? please share the ideas how to hold it and how to understand it. I sometimes think that the idea of all these devices is very simple and ingenious, and most importantly, they not yet invented )))

And the second task.
When I try to change the fabric of the dream - it takes a lot of energy. Most simply fly out of the dream. When I realized that it is much easier to just go through the fabric of sleep (if there's a wall - pass through the wall, if not to find). A couple of times the trick. And then passing through the fabric of the dream began to feel cold and to fall into the darkness. Sometimes to Wake up.
