Good day 
I'm new here, trying to get comfortable with the disks. Please tell me, who has about a disk what are your impressions? I just find interesting music, for example, under meditation, but do not exactly know at what point it is better to use 
there is no description of the disk 
I tried to search the forums, but patience to me is not enough, whether it was looking wrong
