1 how much total time per day do you devote, and what for you was the criterion of success of training, especially in the beginning.
I had a powerful incentive to engage in visualization , serious illness from which it was necessary in that whatever was to get out. Visualization came to me, as nothing else I'm just not able to do was lay in bed, tortured by pain ( from the pain meds I refused).
So for three months I nearly only and did that visualized interspersed with the laptop search the Internet for different methods of visualization.
The criterion for successful imaging was then the weakening, or even at the time of disappearance of pain. It strengthened my faith in the efficacy of visualization.
Now when I'm perfectly healthy, I spend a visualization of at least 2 times a day, before bedtime and in the morning after waking up.
2 what exercises were you doing for the development of visualization and which were especially effective
Most of my first exercise then, which was proposed by Norbekov, imagine a lemon. Itself surprised from the oskoma and abundance of saliva, which arose, although the idea of lemon was barely visible on the internal "screen".
In General, you should have asked what exercises I did!
In the principle plus, minus the effect of all were almost the same.
As your exercise, I sought out on the Internet, you will find them there.
One thing I want to mention that at first I began to work out when rendering emotions, especially sharply I reacted to pop-up pictures causing me fear. Heart started beating hard, muscles clenched, caught the throat, his hands became cold. Then I began to carefully "observe" the reaction of my body on the weaker emotions that accompany a particular pattern visualization.
Over time, I could of chuvstvovat a whiff of cool breeze, and smell and taste.
But the brightness of the pictures, now that I think about it, the first came during the practice of recapitulation.
3 did you tie the visualization to relaxation why is it so important ?
I'm not tied, so there! I'm not every visualization "feel in all its glory"! Most often it is "partial". When I looked up, I realized that the whole thing is in what altered state I reside. The deeper the relaxation, the better the effect.
Complete visualization happens to me most often in the morning immediately after waking up.
Even for vivid pictorial rendering I think is very important, "the predominance" of the right hemisphere of the brain over the left. The Lefty is very easy to present a picture on the screen before my eyes in all its details. Not for nothing the most talented artists draw with my left hand.
For lefties, I am not, so, too, are constantly engaged in synchronization of left and right hemispheres of the brain ( 3D pictures of hemisync, and now acquired MM machine DP , where there is a special session to activate the right hemisphere )<
