Recording and listening to affirmations in the player

The question in the first place, probably for Andrew. Well, all knowledgeable.
Recently, with the acquisition of the player, would often take him with us on the road (to work with). And as it always happens, most favorite songs are literally imprinted in the brain and napivaetsya me throughout the day. That they then head out to impossible - that's understandable. But because all usually listen to music in the background, not listening to words (e.g. walking on the way home, consider the world around and think about it while the song is playing somewhere in there), there is a suspicion that it is little by little is written in the subconscious. Hence the first questionwhether my assumption, and if true, how dangerous it is to listen to music with emotional lyrics aggressive-depressive orientation (in fact, aggression is not there, just youth music about love with a tragic Shakespearean endings, something like that)
Well, I ain't afraid of no face, just wondering from a scientific point of view
And the second questionhow efficiently will dictate affirmations in mp3 and the player is this aggressive-depressive mess on the way to work and listen to them? And/or during sleep?
And what is the rating of the most effective ratio effect/effort ways to incorporate affirmations into the subconscious:
1. Through the eyes (rainbow)
2. Across ears (listening to the player)
3. Using pen (write on paper)
4. Through speaking (silently or aloud)
5. Through meditation
6. Via self hypnosis using discs
7. Through the spec.techniques (such as BSFF)
8..... through the nose?
from personal experience or theoretically?
Thanks in advance to all for answers
