About them mentions Alex Ksendzuk in his books.
The Internet, however, sullenly silent on the question topic. 8)
Teach me unreasonable. bc

Basal complexes appear due to distrust of the world, appeared at an early age for various reasons. (Mother didn't pay their child enough attention, didn't cuddle for a long time left him,the child did not feel bezopasnosti-because of this has evolved (were) the basal complex (XY)...

Thank you, Dimas, for the tip.
But the question still remains. You write that the basal complex is the result of insufficient attention.
I'll rephrase the question:

it (is) the basal complex?

Behind this question lurks another:
How do you know that they have you (me) have?

So right from the title and it follows that for such a complex: this complex on the basis of which to build all other systems - to eliminate all of its systems will be possible only by transforming the original this your original complex.

DemAs is right - this fundamental complex is laid in childhood.

And to the question - how it looks:
each person has an individual - to have to dig inside yourself and identify all the light of day! :wiz

In General terms it looks like the distrust of the world, which results in formation of various fears, and perhaps phobias.

To eradicate - it's good! I for! But there is one problem. That would be something to eradicate, must, I think, at least, "see" cut off. Otherwise, with whom to fight?

Here is found the definition:
the BASAL (from the Greek. basis - basis) - anatomy - basic, located at the base, directed or related to it, e.g. the basement membrane. CP. Apical.
However:
... Basal temperature, that is, the temperature measured in the anus of women, reflects fluctuations associated with changes in tissue reactions of the internal genital organs depending on the production of certain hormones. ...

Communication, of course, clear, but somehow vague. :o

Go to a competent psychologist who deals including regression therapy. As far as I know, can help and holotropic breathwork,if a complex will be in the region of one of the perinatal matrices.

Very interesting, describes the basal structure of the neurosis and therefore all phobias, fears and complexes in the works of Karen Horney (the first woman, if not mistaken, in psychoanalysis).

Maybe it partly will help to find answers to questions.

By the way, the book is written in relatively simple language for the layman does not have psychological education - my opinion.

Long to explain, and don't know how to do that briefly, and essay here to writing reluctance 8) You can read the work of Stanislav Grof, where it is very popular explains   ....But if quite dumb...well, imagine YOU are BORN! :? ..and...well, not LETET it... Stuck in the birth canal...and at the same time You already feel!!!!YOU panic, "What,it was just SO safe, warm, comfortable, and suddenly all around me,squeezes me,I feel anxiety, fear,I'm afraid that I'll stop sushestvuet.."...and the type YOU are trying to get help to get out..dragging something,God forbid, another hurt (like me for example, 3 and 4 vertebrae in the neck)...there You are,You "remember" for a lifetime, the fear, the panic, the unknown, fear that the world MAY be corrupt, (the physiology I mean)...are You unconsciously pernoite in the real world, afraid to act,to take responsibility etc, etc...Here's an example, but again, this is very rude and Priblizhennoe,so that was understandable...the Act of birth is I believe the second perinatal matrix,if I'm not mistaken...
