I remember about 15 years ago joints hurt (knees, elbows...).
Took just flax seeds. (Together in other ways, including moderate exercise) helped.

And now, a week ago I decided to start taking flax seeds.(3 teaspoons in the morning - 3 teaspoons in the evening...)

That is strange...(now the 7th day of admission...)
1. In the first 1-2 days of admission for some reason was the sweat (short - 10-15 minutes after intake).

3. Some strange feeling in the stomach - the intestine - not to understand - I can't say that bad - just strange...
