Oh, okay, sorry... I'm a little sick. In the morning a flock of throat sore. Took the cylinders, move, stood, after about 20 minutes my throat stopped hurting. It's been two and a half hours, a sore throat still. I'm certainly not recovered, and throat probably again will start to hurt in the evening. But once again, convinced and surprised that the fits work.
