Kvasha is the most important food for any system of healing. It is a living natural product. I was trained, as Alexeyev says, with honey and patsukova cereal-then fart farther than you can see... on a regular basis... that is, until I drink and then another week or two as stopped drinking... been doing about two to three visits to the drinking of this nectar is delicious... basically, if honey... on the exhaust then --

I think if we do without honey, everything will be okay.
Honey, if you combine with almost any product, gives a bad effect.
