Sahaja Yoga !!! Self-realization for 10 to 15 minutes

Good day to all!
What do you think about the title. Is this possible? Does anyone have any practical experience of such activities (Self-Meditation at Sahaja Yoga)??? I would like to know it was too tempting it sounds.

I think that if you do something for 10-15 minutes every daythen all things are possible.

Complete garbage in my opinion...I was once in class for this Sahaj,full of grandmothers and people of the incomprehensible God,what heresy they were carrying!!!!!!And now,they say,will raise the Kundalini,all nachili to do her bike))))I also did speak to me-she got up-I said,rose,I know how she really rises,I was shushed and evil looked...well people did on the headstock,at least in Moscow, things.

Yeah,originally all free)))))),even if it would be ALL free,more I there would not go...I honestly don't understand WHAT they're doing.well, if you need Kundalini to rise,sit on the floor with a straight back,5-10 min., concentrate on the Muladhara and will not keep you waiting Kundalini...no,they are all crap...
