the blue is harmful to the eyes?

Post by Звяга » Sun Jan 09, 2011 20:44

Hello, decided to experiment with the diodes on the glasses, put bright blue LEDs and they are either very bright, or even color so bad in General, eyes after them strongly not to get sick, and for some time after the session is lost color and sharpness (all blurry) vision and sleep became worse. Chromaticity over time is restored.
That's about what I want to ask experienced users of the various points - what is it? very bright light?
then there's that article caught my eye about the blue color http://habrahabr.ru/blogs/hardware/94441/ who that thinks about it?

I think just the blue color is less natural to view (the Sun for example his "changing the year" spectrum blue like "don't touches" - from red to green with ultraviolet light), so annoying "unnatural light"... MM, nothing prevents you to customize the glasses other colors.

PS I Have the link open the "white list".

In the paper, all piled in a heap, confused effects from the blue and blue, sometimes dominated by the logic of the "wind blows on the trees sway". :?
For mindmachines problem does not exist because it is necessary to look through the closed eyelids, and there is generally a red filter is "worth". :)
Indeed, too much blue can cause anxiety, but again to adjust the new time zone and when you struggle with depression (especially winter) blue is indispensable. Foolish, as they say, and the chair to break... Just every thing has its place.

there are still a lot of work on the effect of color http://colormind.narod.ru/YanshinMonogr ... hIndex.htm
blue is described as analgesic, inhibitory brain processes.
red - stimulating,
I very briefly skimmed the material, I think green would be better
