There are fears real - that is caused by actual danger or threat to life( well, there is a knife to my throat), and there are imaginary fears - when nothing really threatening, but something in the current situation touches some deep strings, and subconscious based on past experience imposes to you the emotions and the dynamics of actions based on instincts of self-preservation - such as: flight, stupor, uncontrollable aggression...the twilight of consciousness..
The issue is also fear of death?
Interestingly, attempts to reprogram yourself in a positive attitude to such situations leads to a higher level of aggressiveness, but not conducive to coolly restrained assessment of the current situation.. what am I? How to be in this case? Also Sedona? Here it is possible to accurately formulate affirmations?

Any fears are real to the person. Person learns to be afraid in life. Affirmations here is a little help - need to relearn. That is, every time the fear rises, it is necessary to put itself in another state. It really helps to do Sedona method. Even better, but slightly more complicated (but good written), technology Gregory Kurlov, which he offers in the book "the path of the fool."Алекс78 wrote:There are fears real - that is caused by actual danger or threat to life( well, there is a knife to my throat), and there are imaginary fears - when nothing really threatening, but something in the current situation touches some deep strings, and subconscious based on past experience imposes to you the emotions and the dynamics of actions based on instincts of self-preservation - such as: flight, stupor, uncontrollable aggression...the twilight of consciousness..

Here I fully agree with You.The fact that being engaged in Taekwondo for a few years by Taras A. E.(mean the psychological aspect of the training) came to the point where it started hanging around to see what is not there:danger and enemies. Start start with half a turn, but since self-control is still working, gusts to keep you, but the mental strained and adrenaline remain unfulfilled with all the consequences.. In General, of course, itself is guilty - it was necessary to think literally, WHAT give installation.Андрей Патрушев wrote: Any fears are real to the person. Person learns to be afraid in life.
