Kundalini meditation
Anyone tried it? Please write your impressions! And then read some of the alternative to the traditional views of Kundalini and wonder whether it is necessary to increase it.

You can start with feeling and adequate recognition of different energies. The energy flow of the body. Gymnastics and healthy eating. To do under the guidance of Teachers, independently - almost useless... unless You are Gautama, or have a similar will, commitment and sacrifice. Brend, I have a good idea of what Kundalini is, and for quite a while already engaged in various practices. Just recently in the book by P. D. Ouspensky (a pupil of G. I. Gurdjieff) I read an alternative view of the nature of Kundalini. Gurdjieff felt that the traditional view of Kundalini comes from medieval occultists and has little relationship to ancient knowledge. And really, as far as I know, this concept is not mentioned anywhere until the 17th century. I do not think that Gurdjieff is the ultimate truth, but still he has a lot of common statements on various other issues. Of course, the person has the energy that needs to develop, so it is possible that there is just confusion in terms. So I was born strong doubts, but still would like to pre-read impressions of people who tried a session of Kundalini meditation on the mind-machine. I will cite this excerpt from the book, to make it clearer.

who had many sheep. The magician was very greedy and didn't want to hire

existing theories does not give a correct explanation of the power of Kundalini. Sometimes
associated with sexual functions, sexual energy, i.e. with the possibility
to use the sexual energy for other purposes. This assumption is absolutely
wrong, because the Kundalini can be in any place. In addition,
Kundalini is not something desirable or useful for human development.
It is interesting that the new agers got ahold heard somewhere the word, but
completely changed its meaning and has turned a terrible and dangerous thing in something
defiant hope and expect, as a blessing.
"In reality Kundalini is the power of imagination, power of imagination, which
a substitute for real function. When a man dreams instead
to act when his dreams take the place of fact, when
man imagines himself a lion, an eagle, or a magician, is it valid
the power of Kundalini. Kundalini can act in all centres and with its help
all centers are satisfied with the imaginary instead of real. The sheep, which
considers itself a lion or a magician lives under the power of Kundalini.
"Kundalini - power inherent in people in order to keep them in
current state."<

You can understand, "Kundalini" as an opportunity to develop a special kind of biological electricity, through some muscles, which is partially aborted. How and what is produced is another matter, but in this tale, silent magician, that would hypnotize the sheep used their "Kundalini". The echoes of this ancient knowledge can be found, in the images of the pharaohs. Snake( king Cobra, the most powerful of the serpent) is ready to jump and bite sinking into eternal sleep(the illusion of) can say this is the attribute of the highest earthly power. Really good that such knowledge is not available to the public. Or rather what is available is not full of knowledge.. from a practical point of view. And Thank God..
