There's just in archive "download a file" instructions of the old by mistake put. Download separate file with instructions 1.14 - everything is written.

There's still a MP3 file,on session music from this section. There are PCMCIA this session+audio. The recorder,where you can also launch the session +self affirmations. MP3+affirmation. Pour another MP3 file pour scramdisk that you want to have in the Navigator. You can also listen scramdisk using Navigator by plugging in a CD player ,and much more.All described in instrukcii user posted in electronic form on the forum.Read it carefully.
