Of all the stages, this seemed the easiest,but most effective,perhaps because long been accustomed to day-dream,but always keep it horizontal.
But now I fall asleep even sitting in the airplane seat,although I never sitting could not sleep,even if not slept for two days.
Doing so:first the alpha,then after 3-5 minutes the Delta,and after five minutes,ten sleep occurred.Anchors work great.

Hi,it was difficult to put the anchor at the right moment,had sensitive for longer to fiddle .The anchor is,after the application of thoughts a bit down and sleepy .Ready to go on the course
