The workshop used a technique of NLP on the use of resource States called "anchoring." This theme is designed for answers to arising questions on it.

What can be used as anchors? Almost anything you want. In everyday life it can be all that we can see, hear, feel (both outside and inside). For example:

Anchors are basically divided in the following way:
- by the reaction:
-- Resource, i.e. the causing of resource state (joy, elation, calm, state of flux...)
-- Norecurse, i.e. causing pressuree state (sadness, depression, nervousness...)
according to the method of activation:
- External, i.e. incentives that come to man from external reality through the senses (5 senses: sight, hearing, smell, touch, taste)

Most anchors work on the principle of the doorbell - while keeping the stimulus lasts, and status. what would you use anchors?

Anchoring resource States:
