The workshop used a technique of NLP on the use of resource States called "anchoring." This theme is designed for answers to arising questions on it.

First, a little theory:

Anchoring (setting the anchor) is linking a stimulus with a response or condition so that the first starts the manifestation of the second or third.

That is, in the usual language, we generated a conditional reflex an acquired response to a stimulus. Patterns in the second sentence closer to our goal - is a spontaneous anchor resource and presernova States. At this stage of the workshop we are going to put such consciously.

What can be used as anchors? Almost anything you want. In everyday life it can be all that we can see, hear, feel (both outside and inside). For example:

- touch (plays a big role in place, which relate to), specific gesture (mudra), type of breathing, a certain pose (it's hard to feel confident in a contorted position and Vice versa is an example of anchors in everyday life)...
- certain color, someone's hair, nodding head, raising eyebrows, facial expression...
- cough, intonation, specific sound...
- the chimes, a siren, a mobile phone signal, a certain tune...
- smells (perfume, coffee, bonfire, baked goods, petrol, trains, public toilet)...
- a memorable date, a favorite place...
- own name, pioneer tie...
- lucky clothing, lucky charm, luck...
symbol key (for example phrase or image)...
- etc.

Anchors are basically divided in the following way:
- by the reaction:
-- Resource, i.e. the causing of resource state (joy, elation, calm, state of flux...)
-- Norecurse, i.e. causing pressuree state (sadness, depression, nervousness...)
according to the method of activation:
- External, i.e. incentives that come to man from external reality through the senses (5 senses: sight, hearing, smell, touch, taste)
-- Inside, i.e. incentives that arise in human consciousness (images, thoughts, words, symbols. For example, the symbol key.)
- long reactions:
-- Short-term, i.e. those without additional recharge soon stop working.
-- Long-term, i.e. those who work through long after it was installed.

Most anchors work on the principle of the doorbell - while keeping the stimulus lasts, and status. Especially for unusual conditions, so anchored to something efficiently, you need to develop at least a habit of this (it is difficult for a long time to cause a condition where the brain came a couple of times over the past few years, and especially once in a lifetime).

what would you use anchors?
- to gain access to a resource state of its own past experience - for example, to carry resources from place to place - from a place where a lot of them, where they are not enough
(suffice it to recall any moment in the past and repeat a few things from there - for example, if someone is afraid to fly, you can anchor joy at the sound warmed turbine engines - personally tested, works)
in order to reinforce the resource state, and have him button the quick access, for example, the symbol key

- to create a sequence of resource States (chain anchors)
(for example, to use anger as an anchor for peace and fear, as an anchor for a productive but relaxed state - in an emergency it will make You much more efficient)
- and so on.
(applications can really come up with a lot)

Anchoring resource States:
- Log in to the resource state - for this stage we use a mind-machine, so as deeply to relax. Before enabling you can say to yourself "now I am well and efficiently relax"(this is the additional step of anchoring we accustom the body to do what we told him)
- At the maximum state set anchorfor example, for a few seconds, connect the ring and thumb fingers of your left hand, imagine any color, lettering, or symbol (for example, orange crocodile with wings of dragonflies), mentally say the code word, begin to breathe in an unusual way or make a few times the movement of the eyes. - Exit to the neutral state (not necessarily immediately, wait until the end of the session).

But there is one thing. No need to worry that the state cannot change instantly, and to adjust themselves to the fact that changes will occur gradually over several minutes is the self-programming for a deferred result. Our state (and our spirits, which are closely interrelated) can change instantly - like turning on some switches (just the role these switches perform and anchors, although most often they are unconscious). The workshop provides examples of anchors for each resource state, you can safely use them, but it would be preferable that participants chose individual gestures, phrases, colors, places to touch the images or ringtones. The fact that each person is different - someone suggested fits all, but for someone not fit either one of the options. Pick up as anchors of those things that are already linked for You with the target resource as it will greatly simplify the work and the result is the anchor will be more stable and reliable (and the confusion will be less).

By the way, anchors can (and should) be put not only in the workshop - it can use any resource state, which sometimes happen in your life and like you - so you can get them under control. For example (will try to cover the most wide range of participants):
- the joy of an unexpected meeting with an old good friend, happy events or pleasant discoveries,
- nishtyak from Tuscania cat or dog
- satisfaction from the praise of the chief,
- breathtaking as when stretching, waking up in the morning and completely slept and feeling great,
drive caught during group activities in the team (on the game of football/volleyball/basketball, battles with snowballs, in a nightclub, cheering on the stadium... no matter the state about the same),
- navorachivayutsya tears after the final scene of the film (only do not tell me that this doesn't happen - it's also one of the signs of a good level of alpha in wakefulness),
- sweet emotion from the situation (baby's first steps, hugs, kittens and puppies...)
- and so on...

Work the same - to catch the peak of condition and to associate it with tactile sensation, mental phrase, image, sound, smell...

many readers of this mailing list know what is a mind machine and how it works. However, not all know that you can "burn" status, and the effects obtained with the help of light and sound programmes and sessions, then to use them without the participation of the mind-machine.

This is done by anchoring, which I wrote in one of previous releases. Today we are not talking about how "remember" the state and management of them in the future, and about the applications of this phenomenon - the combination of anchors and using them in practical terms.

Combination:
Each individual anchor is one particular condition: he will possess us as much as possible in the current situation (for example, to fully enter into the alpha-relaxation with open eyes is impossible, but by activating the alpha anchor, we will still get some effects). When simultaneously activated with 2 different anchors, the picture is somewhat interesting.

If anchors are mutually exclusive (such as joy and sorrow, pain and pleasure), then their simultaneous activation they collapserow - erases the binding of one and two.

I came to the conclusion that I prefer to mentally pronounce the word practice as an anchor, for example: "beta" and all.. :) So convenient and the person does not depend on the movement of the body.
