No. They're just more rough and beginners may not be pleasant, that hurt to the normal effect. So listening to them in General terms, but to begin better with natural.

Five months ago, were engaged in tech 1.5 months, but not right (maximum loudness, brightness, duration). Now began the practice according to Your recommendations.
The first 3 days (headphones):
1. Morning, immediately after awakening: state "awake but not yet awake". The evening before the dream: the state of the muscle "dullness", but still not relax. Twice a gradual appearance of light in the eyes and gradually fade.
2. Morning: for a few minutes, fell asleep with dreams that reflect the thoughts that seemed missing (in my life bother sometimes, but rarely, and somewhere deep). After I woke up. A state of peace.
Evening: after a session of good deep sleep.
3. During classes the status of "not awake but not asleep", warm up the fingers. A state of calm, stable, steady mood. Then, 3 days have to go out, I will try to road conditions.

A week workout. Basically two times a day. Only listened to the first seven files. Previously worked with MM mainly together with disks A. Patrushev. How engaged attention at the right hand, the left, two at a time, then right foot, left, two at a time, and then on the hands and feet simultaneously, and then to other parts of the body simultaneously, and then simultaneously sound, light. Note: "note" means the note without any commands. Effect: the body first, some heavier, close to the numbness, then the wave passes and the body loses its weight significantly, but not all. While zero gravity is not reached. But the condition is excellent. This effect occurs virtually every session. A couple of days ago remembered as the "relief" of the session and the body was the same "ease" the wave. Surprised. Consciously repeat the failed :)

I'm far from the composer to replay such tune on a different duration :? And strengthen only for a specific user, if you know the parameters of biooptical - what frequency his brain responds better. Find the appropriate tune longer, I will handle it.

Still a few sessions behind. I have the feeling that session with sound long to me at first, all goes well, and by the end, if not fail, remain in the mind, it is difficult to the end to wait, until the session ends. Tried Chapman - once in the morning so much that I included again.
The results you receive muscle relaxation, as in the classroom with bare feet and bright "orgasm" with a total loss of physicality, which happens when working with MM is not achieved.
Tried to remove the RAG using MindReflection and VERIM Lab lights - the first five minutes of stress straight down, then starts rocking, and even with access to the initial state. Tried in the evening and in the morning, but sitting down. Maybe this such results.

Roman, thanks for the quick response. External factors, internal too, all the same, that in the first 5 minutes, then what. I'll try to take pictures of pictures of lying down. Hello,Roman.It's great that you organized this workshop!The machine was purchased in February.Multiple disks Patrushev and Sviyash.If the disks all to be honest-21 days for each,then machine fucked and stupidity thrown in a couple of months.Now decided that the money need to justify.Two days on your method of practice.Last night went to the bathroom and tried.

Passed an adaptation course from may 1 to 15... twice a day.
At the moment during the session achieved a state of relaxation, thought-flow is significantly decreased, thanks to Your recommendations on the breath, or rather the attention to the breath. In the evenings, practically ceased to fall asleep..
Think I'm ready for the next stage - alpha. Tell me when it will be possible to access files for sleduushego stage?
Tomorrow afternoon (may 16) I go away for two weeks, and I will not be able to have access to the Internet to download the files.
I would not want to do such a long break in the course. Especially since I'm on vacation and it would be just fine to work on the alpha without any of the straining and working of the hassle. You need to learn well and quickly to relax (the body seems to be dissolved and for the feeling parts of it would need to focus attention to them), and also to be in a positive state - that the achievement of this result will signal readiness to move to the next level.
