TECHNICAL SUPPORT.
Several times Navigator has passed out during the session.
However hard the battery showed 100%.
After the next turn on the error appeared on the screen.
Looks like I made the internal data.
Pressed the reset. Now when you turn on the led, the screen is not included.
Need the firmware. Help.
The battery itself will be replaced by others. Realized that are connected in series, the connection is also on the yellow goes, it seems to charge.

no. This is apparently the only problem with clock calendar/timer. Only in this case will be output to the screen. And it will be possible to cut, because the time intervals for automatic switch-off for it too work. Everything else works fine. A software reset could help to solve this problem. Write here again. No reset button on this device and never will be. that button you found is associated with resetting the firmware. You just demolished the firmware, the device is transferred to the programming mode - must light up indicator on top and a dark screen..Pressed the reset. Now when you turn on the led, the screen is not included.
Write to me in private message your email address I will send you the current working firmware and program to upload it.

Will pereproshit the device and then will see what to do, at least replace under warranty. If you'll be something there to do, then the warranty disappears.

By listening to the combined session of "the Guide" several times points out (the sound comes and flashes not). If you turn off MM and to include, all works normally, but
after a while again the abyss. Of their last eight sessions, three "ruined".
So it was once that in the middle of the session is lost and the sound and flash.
The battery is charged, Navigation-2, firmware 3.10.

Hello, Alexandra. What you see occurs with all sessions or only those that are on the memory card (strobe-discs, combs. session) ? One of the solutions to the problem : try to rewrite memory card content to another (enough to take 1-2 sessions that you are listening to). If this happens, then apparently the battery has no capacity, so it will show charge 100% before you start the session, and under load the battery voltage drops and the device ceases to operate normally.
We can replace your battery.
