2) is it Possible to include session during charging, or is it better to wait for the batteries to charge?
3) Can I use headphones, impedance less than 32 Ohms? And if so, what happens then? The sound quality will be worse, or the unit may be damaged?

1.A charge mode provides that the device is turned on.See the description of the user about battery charge.
2.You can use the device while recharging the batteries.
