you are doing wrong. Need to work external to the instrument.
And to work with a memory card you need to off the device connect the USB cable to connect it all to the computer and then insert the device. Then the contents of the memory card will be available on the computer.

This is the mode Amplitude Modulation "AM". "Isochronous rhythms" is just a commercial name of marketing.
