well, there are optical tachometers, you can keep track and then talk about depending on the time of day, the influence of the sun, phases of the moon or the price of oil :)
can more pragmatically be set - falls in this case, the exhaust from the fan?

Measurements are made with such devices. A variation during the day is certainly, the flow of energy feels at a constant level(subjectively).
When applying magnets momentum is also falling, but the flow is getting much tighter..

Will change a lot of factors.
The flow felt constant because there is no way to eat and a hundredth part of it.
The flow in the embodiment with the magnets overloaded. Still not recommend their use.

Adhere to Your advice. The magnets are of short duration, for research purposes, to make an impression, to feel the difference...

Michael, please tell me, and the fountain room suitable as a source? You can make it yourself and is quite large... Or need a natural water source required?

If the mandala is poured into the concrete, giving it the appearance of a roadside boulder, do not lose it its properties?

And multiple coagulation to obtain an acceptable size of cobble (or at least to the size of the "spy stone"(C) :) ) will not damage the work or there is an important area of "antenna"?
And enough field strength under vysokovoltnoe nominal average, to have its meaning "to Rob"?

Yes, you are right place with circular-circular movements of large masses of water, usually natural places of power or at least water large cross-section :)
There's no velocity, but there are plenty. And fontanchik, even on the street alone, it's not.

Here check and tell :) and the curtailment will not hurt. And resizing to the graph editor without significant loss of detail

Yes, in General, no, but we need to give the command that the source is not concrete, and concrete = so laminating :)

When some "multistate" is somewhat difficult. The conventional electric field, there does not feel only "u-u-u-u" :)

in the sea there is no(little) cyclical movements which will be easy to catch. If you find a place smaller in size than the Gulf stream, it seems to go :)
Well, the cycle of need.

Michael, thanks for the reply and one more question: volt location(photo) is in principle suitable?

it is not a technical issue. In General, in essence, of course that thing (the Wheel) is more suitable for those who can answer the question where it can be placed. So if it is impossible for him to answer, I recommend to limit the scope of the chopper.

Are there any turntables zones (over it, under it)with a negative impact, to get to which you shouldn't.
What is the optimum height from the floor for installation in the house, say at the center last?

1. over it and under it just to get and not worth it. There are two vortex which is better to leave as is, better is in side of it.
2. no difference.

But if in apartment buildings, neighbors above and below will not have a negative impact?
