Some questions on the purposes of the Mental games

"The mental Game", specially designed to achieve the following objectives:
- quick and effective transitions between States of deep relaxation and to maximum physical and mental concentration and back.
- "fine tuning" capabilities of maximum concentration.
to remain calm in extremely stressful and difficult situations.
- achieve continuous state of the crystal clarity of consciousness.
Plus much more!

What is the maximum physical concentration? :)

What is the "fine tuning" ability of maximum attention concentrating? Accordingly, it should be "coarse tune", "medium setting"?

"Continuous as the crystal clarity of consciousness" is I do not understand. The crystal clarity of consciousness is the cessation of the inner dialogue, or something else?

What is the "Plus more"?

We are talking about the alpha state (when the eyes open is a fairly powerful brain activity in the alpha range of frequencies). In this state, the person simultaneously has two focus - external and internal, and they are each other's complement, that is, a person has the ability to respond to external stimuli (according to research, somewhere on the order faster) and at the same time clearly "tracks" their internal reactions to these stimuli, which certainly gives him more control over his body and mind. In normal (untrained) state lish an external locus of control (coarse tune :) ). Of life (doing certain activities)people can train (without BOSE) quite a high degree of control, which will include a different ratio of external and internal loci of control (medium to fine tuning :)).
On the other is the alpha state (or the state of the master in martial arts) is called as the crystal clarity of consciousness. In this state, indeed, the internal dialogue is the dominant role (not to blame everything on internal dialogue), and only subordination context (that is, appears only when you need it and disappears when the need for it disappears :))
In the alpha state, a person operates much more efficiently than in the normal beta state, therefore it becomes available and "more"... :)<

There are externally oriented TRANS (after training with mental games) and internally oriented trance. Usually after discs and mindmachine occurs spontaneously...

Andrew, can you tell more detailed about the differences between externally and internally oriented trance.
