Taking into account the fact that any drivers after switching on is not required(it was found HID device), it must be concluded that it is considered a joystick. As practice has shown - the way it is.

To determine the VID and PID Mind-Reflection need to open the "Manager
devices." Expand "Devices HID (Human Interface Devices)".
Open the properties of "HID-compliant game controller". Open the tab
Details. Drop down list choose "hardware IDS". You will see
a list of IDs, for example: "HID\VID_044F&PID_B323". VID is
a hex number after "VID_", PID is a hexadecimal number
after "PID_". For the above example is "044F" and "B323"
respectively.
Please see Mind-Reflection should be connected.
