Quite often, novice users mindmachine make the same mistake that brings them extremely unpleasant consequences. We used to think that more, more and more means better and that sometimes we must be patient to get what you want.
In relation to light and sound training, this is fundamentally wrong. The intensity of the light and sound should be in a comfortable area and I would advise adjusting quality brightness and volume, turn it down another 1/3.
At high (subjective) brightness and volume is possible the emergence of unpleasant sensations increased anxiety and irritability, sometimes even pain in the heart, immediately after the session, even the next day.
It is not necessary to force yourself, it can make other.
For those who find it difficult to decide on a comfortable level, remove the volume and brightness to zero and gradually raise to clearly distinguish between surges, such as lights and sound. Start with sound, as the light sometimes (or for some) brings about changes in the sound.

And it's true, what about the sound though maybe controversial, but with the brightness really need to be careful, the eye strain is large, tire quickly. Today the habit is a little too far - an hour and a half, so in the eyes at the end themselves have refused anything to perceive.

I know I did like to use a plain glasses ( non-colortrak) because of a simple brightness adjustment.
This is a button in colortrac TERRIBLY UNCOMFORTABLE. not immediately clear which way it works, especially when you're already "in session". and there is a high probability to drive the glasses off the brightness from which they are derived is tight.
The handle on the device of course is much more convenient.
You can really break instructions and remove some of the brightness knob. It works. Only if the points in the "colortree", then the internal decoder starts to make mistakes and to change the color not.
And with simple points and simple - comfortable grip on the device.

Today played the alpha session wife(meditations have not done before), drink water, put the brightness of points on the bare minimum but literally 5 minutes later she was already running to the bathroom! So my advice to a week to work out with wykluczenie points and then gradually turn the brightness!
