What to do, I fall asleep on any session... And fail noticing how. Even the session which would have seemed to push on any activity (physical or mental) knocks Me out and that's it... And the sound is on full began to do, and the brightness...

Andrew, How not to bathe, I almost did not work slept, session (ENERGIZE) affects me on the turn... =))) Instead of vivacity cuts me... =))))
Dimas, I hearty usually are trying to do something. I sleep in the afternoon 1.5 hours. dreams pomnetsa this periud. =))) And machine affects me in a special way, not the dream or what not.. Just cut out a piece of life and all. After 15 minutes where the failure of the Prim and all... it's a shame that even took the machine...

as soon as eliminate the debt sleep (and you have it like all people on the planet) all will be harasho... and finally session work in any case you should sleep you do not sleep, they still work.... current dormant mine... much more effective because your subconscious mind still picks up everything...

Well, followed your advice, and yesterday again sleep during the sessions. But the positive effect is long - just quit drinking (used to drink daily), Jogging and swimming, and even - I am ashamed to admit - went on a healthy food. As for points - it's the same Photosonix with blue and red diodes, only work directly from the music with a small transition boxes. It is not necessary to connect the MM every time.

As far as I know MM is "small transition box"....
