irritation

Good day to all.
I have this problem. After listening to the sessions there is irritability, aggressiveness in dealing with people. Tried to do the volume to minimum and no more than 20 minutes per day listening to anyway... And irritability appeared. Tell me what am I doing wrong?

"After" does not mean "because".

What were the specific sessions You were doing? How long? When I started to notice?
