I have Nova Pro makes some noise, hiss, and during the session, and these 10секунд prior to the meeting.the sound put on low-still a little noise
is this normal?

The wheel remove the microphone at minimum. While the sessions of this noise is not audible. And remove phones and radios away , fonit(crackle)

Yes the wheel on the minium is already.still there are a little noise.still sounds the noise is small and BEFORE the session and during it.

i.e. noise should not even be?

I called the office-say that the noise is normal.
