2 questions from a newbie

Just today, I read about this "miracle machine". A couple of questions.
1.Is there an opportunity before to buy this of mind the car somewhere to hold a "test drive?
2. Are there statistics confirmed that this car do in certain situations helps. For example, for some time, day after day of 20 traders randomly selected 10 - armed with this machine and compares the impact on the trading result.
Just all this too smacks of marketing-hypnosis and placebo.
