Session - Memory Recall (L07)
Need something for this event: photo, thing, symbol, name (if there is nothing physical there, you have to write or draw). After switching on five minutes peering into "it", giving myself the task to remember the right details. Then close your eyes and just abstract listening to and observing the start and end of each thought, image, graciously accepting all that appears in the head, fending off nothing (even if You think it's inappropriate and those with no relationship to the case) and without expecting anything.
If not mentioned during the session, you can emerge unexpectedly during the day. Usually enough one time, in the most advanced cases - three times... One session per day.
