How not to fall asleep?

When using MM fairly quickly relax and begin effects of falling asleep with short dreams. What a despicable mind slips away in these moments and when switched on - then this is literally on the physical level, as the lights in the room turned on - there seems to be a sense of fresh pictures, that was just in front of your eyes, and sounds. And then of the effects remains the only relaxation of the body, any amusing hallucinations anymore (like it happens at night, if you Wake up during a BS - you can watch the images in front of the eyes while conscious). Complacency seems right, because after the session when you decide to activate, the body comes alive, with a shiver.

Can you advise how to combine both state that consciousness is present all the time? (I hope this is something they should aspire for when using the alpha sessions MM).

This topic has about five, probably... :?
Eat the elephant piece by piece. First three weeks don't do anything - just detachment observe the natural course of events. Let the tried and tested reliable alpha state. And then you start experimenting with it (sitting, or even standing, for example).
