MM audio

Came across the network on the training program, which allows among other things to do Audioslave by speech synthesis (for hood. text no ice, of course, but to read "cat the cat" it will go) and save to mp3. They recommend just to listen to in my spare time for vocabulary learning, and that there were questions to experts: and not to tie this dictionary to the training session, the same L03? On the one hand, it's kind of Lobanovskogo training in the dream (although the session wasn't a dream, of course), on the other - in the classroom with MM is recommended the head off :) - I mean not to think about everything, and with the third not perceive whether the brain all of these words as affirmations? That mess is in my head...
But if all this is normal correlated (meaning simultaneously listening to the audio and session MM), at what volume level you need to enable external audio: to hear clearly the words, or that they were barely distinguishable?
If someone has had a similar experience, then please share.
And of course, very interested in the opinion of Andrey Patrushev.

It seems to me that the hearing should only deal with natural voices of native speakers. I have a deep suspicion that the vocabulary in this way, useless. Children do not say a few words, they listen to the sentence (a word in the course can be confirmed). Abroad are now successfully used by way of learning the language, recording the audio of any bilingual story, where a sentence in a foreign language should offer the native, and try to learn several languages in this way - write that so it's easier.

When affirmations in addition to the text (clothed in sentences) works primarily intention.

Andrew, thanks for the reply. What about the use of bilingual tales paired with training sessions, HMM? Interested in how it can be more effective than usual listening to such texts.
