The questions are:
1)After a Ppr vysvechivaetsya number 7.00,it can be changed from 0.25 to 42.0 what it means and why the need for this setting,what value effectively for different sessions?

well..in the improv sessions show the frequency changing as quickly as possible--the more "expected"effect(startpost I have not read)

Is the frequency of stimulation is important only for manual control - oPc.

My InnerPulse. The manual says that when you re-enable the same settings of the previous session, i.e. if I'm going to listen to the same session as last time, I don't have to customize it again. But I somehow not saved. And every time you need to choose all over again. Opens always on the first.
