Hello... about a week ago I bought a mind machine... from listening to the alpha sessions, and drives "Elements" as well as breathing practices study began a strong burning sensation and vibration in the coccyx... then the energy is very hurt begins to rise through the spinal column and is attenuated at the level of manipura or anahata... a very strong vibration in my spine... during the working day I a pain in the ass stick and I rush around the office like crazy without getting tired... all amazed at how much energy I have.... and at night it burns strongly... the one who survived the experience of raising Kundalini please share with me... what do I do now???

Yeah. Still need to drink plenty of water and all sensations (both pleasant and not pleasant) to try to mentally distributed throughout the body to allow energy to flow freely.

the more MM the similar effect does not.

Yesterday I tried a session of cosmic consciousness.... literally 1 minute passed out and woke up only at the end... what a complete failure in the mind... whether a dream or not a dream don't know how to describe it... totally no feeling... complete lack on this planet... a half-hour death....

it's a funny feeling session for the chakras... I've been doing chakras meditation and study of each chakra separately. feelings become much stronger... that is a mind machine really helps
