Question menu PPr, OPl, etc.

The manuals and the forum says that to change the settings have buttons UP, DOWN to choose the PPr, then click on PLAY and then start to megat two LEDs.

I do everything as written, but nothing flashes and I cannot select as the SELECT button.

What am I doing wrong?

My failure in the IP completely similar to that described by user Veronica in the subject:

Just tried to fill in the session on IP, but nothing came of it.

All right,I just did the same manipulation on blinking.And OPL is selected ONLY DURING a session,i.e. over a 10 second countdown and the display shows the frequency!

I have already figured out.

In Iner Pulse there is a bug, which is why nobody documented

It has no battery level.
But if the batteries sit below a certain level, then PPr the menu, and the ability to upload the session simply do not exist, while the device itself will work.

When the first time faced with this,it seems that the device is broken.
