Bought inner pulse, the sounds of the 2nd week, but not systematically, there are some results. Here talked about the fact that there is a certain sequence of work with MM. PLZ give reference, which describes how to work with the inner pulse. Thank you.

Start with the fact that 21 days listen only the alpha session (this is the session for relaxation and impruv 02).No more than 45 minutes a day,better if you split classes,for example 3 times for 15 minutes.After 21 alpha sessions can deal with the ones that You like best!

In General, it is very strange that such a serious machine is included there is no detailed manual that describes what and in what sequence to perform.

Dear Knowledgeable! Please advice I'm new, interested in MM, I read Your posts on the forums, I realized that it is better to take InnerPulse. (right?) Burned with desire but tell me, what, what kit to take (for example, InnerPulse something with the power supply separate), what discs is better to order to start, where to find good instructions for all of this... the quality is not going to save, you want sensible advice. Thanks in advance for any comments.

Innerpulse IMHO it is better to take either colorstream or with glasses premium.Disks Guide,Massage of the brain,the Healing,the solar wind ..about.Sensible instruction is given when buying cars,the rest of the recommendations found on the forum.The power supply can buy in any store,put it on 6 volts or use batteries.

he's probably talking about batteries-the batteries 2700 mA. They can be recharged 999 times. They keep longer than usual all Turbobrake 3-4 times.

Hi!Start with the alpha sessions (21 days no more than 45 minutes a day,preferably split into 3 sessions of 15 minutes in average)...So I recommend the album "brain-Massage","Guide","Healing"...then the other session on the machine...(IQ...needs to increase 100 pounds

)

I would not recommend to discharge the money (if the pocket allows - PTS.okay, but if not, then...) buy Kolor and drive Explorer, because 21 lessons ahead, but you can not every day then at Mani in stock min. a month... is There any possibility to punch a hole in the family budget.

Not to insult those who have SPA, iner+Kolor the best set, IMHO...

you can, but not always necessary.

Through audiostrobe, but whether, it all depends on comfort. For example, I like to listen to CDs Patrushev simply through a CD player. What will you choose - depends on you.

Perhaps the only "solar wind" is worth a listen through MM.
