I bought a "Capacity for love", at first tried to work with her, then spat, hung on the neck of the bag, nothing happens.

PL, at the beginning more than the joy freed from spurious relationships. So emotional stress is definitely reduced! And now, even open conflict is quick and virtually painless. But still need to develop the "light body".
