Andrew, good evening.
I started in order to resolve problems with concentration of attention, concentration, memory. As You wrote, look at the book, see Fig. Not on their own as You know. It's hard for me to put it all together from different forums. So please help.
I listened to the first stage 15 days the alpha. While much improvement there, except the desire to continue to move forward.
1. I read that you can start the sessions (pumping betta). But is it possible if I have not achieved the desired result when pumping alpha?
2. If Yes, then you can move 15 alpha, 15 beta to get the desired result?
3. I have a difficult time. Hard to find in the listening (especially the Explorer 1.10 hours) adhering to the schedule. Is it possible to cut into shorter segments and listen to them? And it does not disappear from this effect? In this case, I can listen to 3-4 times a day.

Hello.
Problems with concentration as characterized by excess alpha-theta waves and lack of beta waves. Thus, You immediately had to begin with the sessions of the E. alpha session you can do in the evening (before bed), if you have problems falling asleep.
All "navoroty" highly desirable to listen without interruption. In fact, all other drives (except Исцеления2) you can listen to "pieces".

I read somewhere that if you listen to the binaural session, with headphones, while placing your head between two speakers, where sound the same session, the effectiveness of sessions will increase. Has anyone tried that? Your experience, comments etc....

Is machine Innerpulse, in fact worked with her regularly.. mostly used as audiostrobe decoder drives.. Well the result in fact, but there is some problems with the car not related ((( weak concentration of attention, constantly in a hurry, irritable, problems sleeping long enough there is a slight ringing in my ears. Assuming I don't have the alpha, came to the conclusion that we must still work out systematically for 21 days to start with sessions R on innerpulse and then continue on the Navigator, which from day to day I ordered. If I'm working with sessions R can I just before going to bed to enable session S for sleep or this is unacceptable as there are frequency drops to theta and Delta ? That did in fact beginners should listen to if you have problems with falling asleep and staying asleep? fall asleep at best for an hour from 8-9 hours of sleep the slow-wave sleep 2 hours ...... bc

Do not understand :? The same scheme two days later on the third. :)
In fact, the alpha level is safe - can stick to any schema.

Can you please tell how many sessions the number you need when doing in 2 days?
For example there is a scheme involved 15 days 15 days break.
What's the scheme here?
And how many days to take a break after finishing one cycle?

I have three questions (just for the exact answer not enough data):
1. And You, casually, not in front of the sleep session, listening? For some users this causes a disturbance of sleep rhythms (in that case, if the sessions in addition to the alpha are higher frequencies).

1. Yes, I actually listened to the session right before bedtime.
Select a schema for classes of 15 days do 15 days of rest, listen to 7 days to r1 (7-11 Hz) and 8 days r2 (3-15 Hz), the time of the sessions - 5 minutes. Decided to start gradually)
The first 15 days of workout, a break now.
The first few nights, had nightmares for a couple of days was insomnia, fell asleep in the morning.

2. The volume and brightness set to the minimum, in glasses puts scarf rolled 2 times, because it is very bright it seemed.

3. Lethargy was definitely present, I like the option with the broken rhythms of sleep, this seems to be true. Hence, cranky and emotional background.

Better to do during the day? I have a small child, and I can do either in the morning or before bed, or a day in rabinkin sleep.
I'm thinking in the next cycle of classes only listen to the beats without his glasses, painfully do not want the repetition of negative effects(

My husband swore on MM, told her I had become, and it was so. Now 5 days of not listening, everything returned to normal, and even I noticed the improvement (my husband really doesn't admit that there is progress, but maybe not so much)

1. Became more responsive, more sensitive to the moment.
