Body position, posture, wise

I assume the answer is that it is all individual and need to experiment, but still...
Now listening to d5 on the IP sat with a straight back, tensing and relaxing PCE-muscle (Egenberger) and performed Kundalini mudra. In my Amateur opinion, the wise can be of great help in the classroom.

What session should lie, what to sit?
Is there any session that will be relevant dynamic meditation?
Are there criteria that the relaxation came?
For me it is the feeling of the hammock. Ie I lie and I, without muscular effort, swings.
Maybe it makes sense to share the experience here?
