Today's issue we start a series of lessons on the use of the mind-machine in conjunction with breathing techniques. Some, perhaps, immediately raised a pragmatic question, "why is all this necessary?". With pleasure will answer!

first, breathing practices by themselves have a high efficiency, and combined with the mind-machine work faster and better.
second, this is useful - with a little work and breathing session for the MM together, feeling the effect, assessing the results, I got used to it, we can at any time, regardless of the ability to use a MM to cause this effect just by breathing like in practice. Breath of the waves.

Soothing breathing, with short pauses is the duration of inhalation equal to the length of the exhalation, the pause between them is also equal, but a much shorter Pattern of breathing looks like 3-1-3-1 – this is the easiest type of breathing practice that is accessible and familiar – so breathing a quiet person who is awake, but not anxious, not nervous, not afraid... of Course, the condition of breathing of a person depends(in addition to thousands of factors generally not associated with breathing) as well and from the depth of breathing (deep, middle or surface), and the type of breathing (thoracic, diaphragmatic, or mixed), and his rhythm (what is the length of time taken per unit time), and a whole heap of factors. The first part of the introductory – it recorded the sound of breathing, there is voice prompt for inhalation and exhalation, and added beeps to indicate time intervals

Then the voice is removed, starts the session for audiostrobe decoder mind machines and gradual replacement of breathing and audio cues the sound of the waves – then you need to breathe in the rhythm of the surf. I specifically added a hint in the middle of a session and another at the end to be able to control not lost any rhythm. The purpose of this file is to teach You how to control breathing during the session, You will see that this is a very useful skill.

Recommendations for standard – comfortable position (preferably sitting in a chair), loose clothes, eyes closed, there should not be hint of thirst (better to be safe and drink a glass of water because even the slightest desire to drink will negate all the results), better to use headphones, but you can listen in the speakers. During the execution of breathing under the waves ,much to whirl the head, after meditation, this state was maintained for about 5 minutes. Is this normal?

If it bothers You, try not to breathe so deeply and more carefully observe the pauses are a sign of hyperventilation of the lungs - the brain just got some more oxygen than he needed for work, nothing wrong with that(same thing happens with physical exercise).

Today's edition will be dedicated to practice with a mind-machine on the basis of audiomedical from the first post - who settled with the easier to cope with this. Again, practice runs by itself – without the mind-machine (and even without the audio file, for that matter - provided that You will be able to fulfill all the conditions) – but with a mind-machine it is easier, faster, and the effect is achieved almost immediately.

The essence of the practice is the creation of "safe places" - a sort of refuge from all problems where it is possible to pause, to sit quietly and relax, taking a breath from the daily hustle and bustle... a Place where in the head is easy to come to good solutions to problems and answers to any questions. Place, able to heal, to give hope... such a place Today You'll have it.

For practice, we will need site "personal territory" - a place where we can spend some time, where no one will bother without special needs, where not prevent any man-made sounds, where no bright light, nothing is shaking and not dripping – in General, this is the place where relaxed and comfortable. The place should be easily accessible – that is so that you can at any time come to take advantage of its features. The main thing that it was really safe – it will be difficult to convince the mind that the body is safe if each session it will take a few times to deflect the questions or stumbling through outstretched legs. For some it is a soft and comfortable chair in the corner of the room, which is very good to read a book in the evening under the light of a Desk lamp standing on the bedside table nearby. You need to sit in his "safe place" as comfortable as you can. There is one caveat – the less space in our body is, the easier it is to feel safe. In the fetal position, for example, we subconsciously feel safer, and arms outstretched and legs apart, lying on the floor, most likely, there will be a feeling of helplessness, of exposure to external threats (which often there is, but the flow of information from aggressive external world is not given to believe). No need to rush into extremes – easy seated pose with hands on knees and feet on the floor in this case is optimal. You can sit in the position "in Turkish" - a simplified version of the Lotus posture, when you don't need to pull. At first should take care of comfortable temperatures (in the future it will matter, but first will stop to relax and make the site safe). Better not to breathe deeply - the purpose of the session is not hyperventilation, and relaxation and perception embedded in the session information. Somewhere in half/a third of total lung capacity is the best option.

Listening to the record in this place, we create a pattern of automatic reaction of the mind on an external condition – some reps will claim the brain is that once body had the seat, you can (and should MM it is good to explain) to relax and throw away all that hinders.

Better if listening to this record using the mind-machine You will repeat for 15 days – so the result will be most persistent. It will be noticeable after only one times, but if You try to use it after serious moral turmoil, Your negative emotions can easily convince the brain to use a pattern.

How to use it? When you need a break or all around too hard when stress takes by the throat or the world infuriates You with its randomness, when the situation seems hopeless, or all visible exits are an issue, when the head "suddenly, for no reason, no reason at all" hurts, or You feel that sick – just sit in your safe place, close your eyes and follow the flow of thoughts. When this practice will be good, can be in any place and under any circumstances - just mentally move here, to be able to use all the benefits.<

About the toilet and brilliant ideas in it. And as the place is safe. Rather, this posture plays a role .Posture thinking .The statue has one. So not only posture ,but also water .By the way, water sometimes passes the whole Symphony ,with it very harmonious. Such tunes are not exactly written. Sometimes I tried to write it,but what slyshitsja ear or something ,is not perceived by the recorder. A lot of information goes. So shut off all thoughts of it not. On the contrary the poems , the music rushing.And Autopista works well. Respiratory there just is no ice to deal with. Place fusion. Stomach-fusion reactor and all of it and it after treatment - radioactive. Water of course eliminates that.But that very night Tvorcheskoe place-that's for sure.

was paproval Issue 24. A safe place --liked it , but had to eksperimentirovat at once ,as the time to expiration I need a little longer for a quality of relaxation about to exhale had to distinguish the sound of the surf ,

that is, 1 shock wave inhale , and exhale for 2 shock waves ,and then even felt that as if I want to pause after exhalation I want to make it longer and 1удар wave left to pause after the exhalation rasslablyayas.

if there is already a ready session , where the noise of the surf , the shock waves would be longer than that of exhalation ? or so cannot burn to do ?

Judging by what I saw on the way out, these releases are necessary to nobody, and therefore I shouldn't waste time on them. Just ("just in case" - suddenly one or two of the subscriber of the forty-five thousand will respond or two years somebody will be interested) to put one's heart and soul, I even for money not hunting... But if you do not invest, who do I need?

Those practices that have already been laid, it is quality work. And who is really interested, you can find options.

Ready no.
or so you should burn to do ?
As you like to write is a synthesized sound of the surf (I had to manually with an audio editing program to adjust the length of the rustling and dripping of the incoming wave, and then they just put on the cycle and adjustment period).

Conducted a course on working with the breath, found in one feature, during a long and intense breath, I shed tears... Initially thought maybe it was the sunglasses, and began to work without them, but without them all also, and when working with other sessions from the points this was not observed. Then decided that it was internal, was to observe his condition - quiet and smooth, no experience is not observed. Came to the conclusion that maybe it is a deep involuntary zakatnoe condition in childhood associated with breathing.
TK I was active in sports and had to stop due to several injuries, all led to this region. What would be more better to work, put aside all things, and had the whole day together and visited the competitions in my mind. All day watched,talked, met many old friends who have a coach who the judge is, who your children drags. And apparently the old body is internally tuned to the event, and everything was exactly, cause-notably... but in the evening went home already such strong emotional feelings, until the night tried to understand, and even in the same time clearly felt, with the condition himself, when all was easy and was at the peak of his sporting success (call it cool saying a soaring). So here is the work I will be working on.
And now a few questions: do I understand correctly that MM IP session on the breath without frequencies? If so then plans to re-launch the course in an alpha state, a parallel session on the breath, but rather breathing and immediately the alpha. When working with sessions, suggest a break, would it not be excessively 2 volley?

Fan-Tomall my breathing session that I post here is pure alpha without impurities. With all the consequences.

Moisture eye, it is quite natural for many people physiological response to excessive saturation of the body with oxygen. The reasons are many - is and reflexes, based on previous experience, and the accumulated fatigue of the eyes, and the activation of internal mechanisms of self-healing, and the contradiction imposed by the stimulation of a state of stimulated hyperventilation. In the latter case, you just need a little less to breathe deeply.
