Hello! Read this forum for quite a while, but writing for the first time. Arose the next question to Andrei Patrushev:
yuzayu MM according to the scheme "r""c""E""d""r" - all for three weeks. Now went the second week of "c". But decided to work in parallel with the Conductor. How reasonable is it to combine that way?

It is not forbidden. The interval between MM and the Disks must be at least 3 hours. Session "C" is best done in the morning (so as not to have problems falling asleep), and the Conductor is in the second.

It's not a dogma in my opinion, the best two days on the third day, but every day is not forbidden...

I probably not correctly expressed. Mean efficiency over time. If you do every day, then one course will last 21 days. But if after 2 days, then 63 days. I.e. in which version will be faster results?
