use MM without glasses

I have a question for the professionals. How effective is MB. use MM without glasses? For example, walking down the street or want to use MM in a public place and points is inconvenient to use. How effective is the listening session only in the headphones?

About what session you ask?
Without muscle relaxation alpha will not work
and without glasses will not work everything else.
