Some session on meditation you like? Does it require special training? What effect did you notice? Where better to start? How many times you need to exercise to achieve the best effect.

I usually like to use Deep low meditation d06. Deep Low Meditation.
I do 6 times a session was listening. It seems the effect is not visible. Relax and everything. Tried on the blue sky to focus, but it does not work. Immediately fly away somewhere. Momentarily lose the plot.
I will continue to listen and see what the result will be.
For me the important parameters such (would like to):
1-relaxation (muscular and mental)
2-mild pain insensitivity
3-temporary detachment from all the problems
4-strange impression of the physical body (such as gravity or nevesomosti, tingling, numbness, feeling of falling...)
5-most important! You need to stay awake, to realize proishojdenie not to surrender and to go with sleep
6 - Cessation of internal dialogue (hard to stay awake and not hear the internal dialogue) to Become a spectator.

meditation... how I dream to just sit down in the Lotus position and at least an hour to sit in VD and the void... in the summer it turns a few times...
just sit in meditation begins to ring the phone.... the cat jumps and jumps like crazy.... all the relatives immediately and at the same time that it is necessary.... neighbors with repairs and punch it is urgent to chisel through the wall... on the street starts yelling grandmother and the wipers and the alarm is triggered... this is tough...
maybe that is why we choose the easy way headsets, earplugs and glasses eyes???
all the meditation in the inner pulse, I tried... my experience shows that more effective in this respect are the Conductor and the Massage of the brain... ie stronger and more punch... ie disks Andrei Patrushev stronger effect than meditation in MM... as well as sessions that you can download... alpha training for example...
