And it is not started immediately, but after about 10 times. And, in all other sessions, including from Andrew, working without a glitch. I tried to change the color, session times - all too, or one diode dies, or both. Tried to reinstall the session - did not help. Breakage of glasses or cars (Innerpulse) not like, or would be failures in other sessions. What here can be the problem?

Some call it a period of adaptation, someone a threshold effect (when to some then it seems nothing happens - no effects from AVS). Session "Morning" and "Evening" - this is an alpha session which, I believe, need to start with ABC. However, You as well can use all session "r".
As for the session "Zrenie", this session has a corresponding effect solely from light (from points), and the sound only helps to create a calm serene state, in which the effect on vision manifested more fully.
As for eye fatigue, it is an excellent job with this session "r".
