The apparatus of bigamously Rhythm-Flight - what do you say?

http://www.med-snab.ru/shop/part18/appa ... i/art_004/ - found an "apparatus of bigamously Rhythm-Flight", recently about it wrote several times on the Russian sites about healthy lifestyle and about all the geek stuff. Allegedly, this device allows for 20-30 minutes to provide the same degree of relaxation as well as for the 5-6 hours of full sleep.
I read the description, I thought that this is the "Rhythm-Polyot" functionality similar to the expensive version of the mind-machine: "the basis of the principle of operation is based on the effect of relaxation of the human body, which is achieved by the impact of sound and light signals that are synchronized with the frequency of human breathing".
Of course, the mind-machines is not synchronized with breathing rate, but... What do you say? Has anyone tested it? It is their money - 35 000?
