Found a topic on a rather serious investment forum on the topic of know-how. Don't even know how to describe, perhaps I will quote the author's themes:

Now, after 10 years of searching and experimentation, this code is available! In what form? In the natural binary. Currently, this CODE is implemented in the form of audio - acoustic mental program (mental sound programm). This set of audio signals binary code (converted to sound in a special way).
