Recently purchased a new laptop which is Windows 8, while all attempts to establish contact ThoughtStream biofeedback device failed, the fact that the ThoughtStream device requires com port I have an adapter com-usb, and during Windows 7 and XP if the driver installation was not a problem. here are all the drivers which I installed, but the computer is not one of the com port to detect and may not like a native mapper ThoughtStream, and through the program Mind Workstation, writes that such a device simply does not. Can anyone faced similar problem?

Well another adapter buy.. works for me with Windows 8.1 even on your tablet

And what you use an adapter? The fact that I have this adapter works great on XP and 8.1. no, that's when to 8.1, put the virtual box, worked a couple of times and all the more can not run. Can name or to throw a picture of your adapter?

After installing the drivers in the list of devices should appear COM LPT> USB serial COM Port
