Generator OR orgone.

Recently I had a virtual audience with a rather curious person. This Amateur inventor who has created a generator OR orgone. According to his theory (and as I understand this is a very serious theory based on scientific papers on quantum physics), by the DOR and POR energy there is a kind of neutral state orgone (which he just called OR). It is expressed in a certain energy potential of the air. In other words (as I understood it), Orgon is nothing like the energy potential of the material surrounding it. It may have a charge (negative or positive), and may not have it. At the same time OR can be converted into any of the types of DOR or POR, but by itself it can also have an impact on the environment and its properties (bioenergy, material properties). The quantum of energy OR = ~ 5,5*|DOR| or |POR| (that is, the potential for more).
