Need a program for voice recording (for nachitki texts of meditation).

That can be after-recorded phrases to set the time after which to insert the following phrase (that is, not to wait such as 15 minutes, and dictate on, and so did the prog).

Andrew,I would like to clarify this point.for 21 days I'm working on the alpha,then 21 days without the alpha train on some prog on the L or the Endorphins,and then I can easily go,say,to theta meditation "Concentration",and also to work with her 15 чере15 for example?Do I understand correctly?
